Cut peppers in half, scoop seeds and the core. Spread some salt inside the peppers.
In a pan in medium heat, add the olive oil, onions and celery.
Sautee until the onion start to get golden.
Add the vegan meat and stir it.
After 2 minutes, add the tomato sauce. Let it cook for 5 minutes, constantly mixing it.
Remove from stove, and wait it to cool down a little to stuff your peppers.
Place it in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Serve it hot
