Ingredients
3 tbsp. sesame seed oil, divided
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 ¼ tsp. onion powder
1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. Italian seasoning
2 bell peppers (¾ green, ¼ orange, ¼ yellow, and ¾ red), mixed and sliced
½ large onion, sliced
2–3 tbsp. lime juice (fresh) + more for serving
8 tortilla shells, slightly warmed
Shredded cheese
Green onions, thinly sliced
Avocado, diced
Sour cream
Lime wedges
Directions

1. In a large skillet, toss sliced chicken with 3 tbsp sesame oil, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook over medium-high heat until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Cook for 5–6 minutes until softened and slightly charred.

3. Return chicken to the skillet, add lime juice, and toss everything together to combine.

4. Serve warm in tortilla shells, topped with cheese, avocado, green onions, sour cream, and a fresh squeeze of lime.
