Ingredients
250 grams plain flour
100 grams lard
Directions

Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.

Cut the lard into small cubes and add it to a small pot of hot water.

Stir until the lard has melted into the water.

Pour the mixture into the well in the flour and mix with a wooden spoon.

Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead while it's still hot.

Mould to your pie tin and keep your dough 1/4 inch thick.

Fill with your filling of choice. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 or until the pastry is golden.
