Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets
2 tbsp Western Family Dill Herb Paste
1 Lemon
1 cup Western Family Wild Rice
¾ cup Water
2 handfuls of Mixed Greens or Arugula
1 tbsp Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions

Cook The wild rice according to package instructions for best results when it comes to Wild Rice.

While Rice is being cooked, spread the Dill Herb Paste onto the Salmon Fillets, about 1 tbsp each fillet. Use more or less depending on your preference. Splash a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on each Salmon Fillet and place in a steamer at 210 C for 10-12 mins depending on thickness of Salmon.

Place Mixed Greens or Arugula in a bowl and drizzle with Extra Virgin olive oil to coat.

Plate and Serve.
