Heirloom tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Fresh Bocconcini balls, halved
Extra virgin olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Sea Salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
Slice tomatoes and arrange them on your plates.
Place basil and bocconcini in and around the tomatoes.
Season with fresh cracked pepper and salt.
Lightly drizzle olive oil and balsamic reduction over your salad and enjoy!
