5 thin Strip loin steaks
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ cup Blueberries
½ Peach, diced
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Honey
Salt & Pepper

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Lightly coat the steaks with oil, then season both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. Grill the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. While the steaks are cooking, heat a small amount of oil in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat.

  5. Add the diced peach and blueberries, followed by the balsamic vinegar and honey.

  6. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly.

  7. Serve the steaks topped with the warm fruit glaze.
