


Sparkling Ginger Turmeric Mocktail with Kombucha & Orange Juice

Prepare your glass: Fill a cocktail or highball glass halfway with ice.

Add the citrus base: Pour in 2 oz of fresh orange juice of your choice.

Layer the flavour: Add 1 oz of fresh ginger juice (or muddle fresh ginger in the glass).

Bring in the spice: Sprinkle a small pinch of ground turmeric (or stir in freshly grated turmeric).

Top with fizz: Slowly pour chilled ginger kombucha (about 4–6 oz) into the glass.

Stir & garnish: Gently stir to combine, then garnish with a rosemary sprig and a thin slice of ginger.
