Halibut Ceviche

Ingredients
1 pack Casa Mendosa Tortillas
8 oz Halibut Fillets
6 Limes
2 Avocados
2 oz Corn Nuts
2 oz Cherry Tomatoes in half
1 oz Cilantro
1 Jalapeno
Salt to taste
Directions
- Cube the halibut
- Squeeze the limes
- In a bowl, add the halibut fillets, lime juice, tomatoes and corn nuts.
- Slice the avocados
- Slice the pepper (remove the seeds for less heat)
- Mix the japaeno pepper and avocados in the bowl
- Add the cilantro and salt
- Serve with the tortillas
