

Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Board

1. Melt butter in the microwave, then prop a candle wick in a disposable cup. Chill in the fridge until set.
2. Fill fresh raspberries with chocolate chips.
3. Fold salami slices over the rim of a cup to form petals. Make two layers per rose for a fuller look.
4. Cut cheese with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
5. Place soft cheese in the center of the board, and spoon jam on top in a heart shape.
6. Peel the disposable cup to reveal butter candle and place on the board.
7. Arrange crackers, fruit, nuts, and fresh roses to fill the gaps.
8. Optional: Serve with a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine, garnished with raspberries.
