


Grilled Strip Loin Steak with Blueberry Peach Glaze

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Lightly coat the steaks with oil, then season both sides with salt and pepper. 
- 
Grill the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. 
- 
While the steaks are cooking, heat a small amount of oil in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat. 
- 
Add the diced peach and blueberries, followed by the balsamic vinegar and honey. 
- 
Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly. 
- 
Serve the steaks topped with the warm fruit glaze.
