Granola Crusted Halibut

Ingredients
4 portions of Halibut
200g Terra Granola
50g Butter
10g Salt
10g Pepper
10g Paprika
30 mL Lemon Juice
Directions
Melt the butter for 20 sec in the microwave
Using a food processor, quickly pulse: all the ingredients except the halibut. Save a pinch of salt and pepper to season the fish.
Season fish with salt and pepper
Press the paste in top of the fish.
Place fish in a non stick tray
Bake it in a pre heated oven at 350F for 15 minutes
