2 Eggs
2 Ham slices
2 oz Diced peppers
2 Mozzarella Cheese slices
Salt to taste
Directions

Start with a cold nonstick pan.

Place your slices of ham in medium heat, and allow it to cook until golden brown.

Remove the slices of ham, and add your whisked eggs.

Let the eggs there without stirring until it starts to sit.

With a spatula, push the edges into the center of the pan to allow the liquid egg to flow underneath. add the peppers and the cheese in the center.

When the egg is firm enough, fold it in half.

Add salt You can flip it over to get a more golden omelette.
