Ingredients
Whole wheat tortillas
Tomahawk steak
Applewood smoked cheddar
Bell peppers
Red onions
Avocado
Fire roasted salsa
Directions

Prep your grill! While your grill is heating up, shred your Applewood smoked cheddar, slice up your veggies and season your steak with your favourite seasoning or keep it simple with some salt and pepper.

Grill your steak to your desired doneness. Let it sit for a couple minutes before slicing.

When you're ready to put your quesadillas together, slice up your steak. Grab your tortillas and fill one side with your shredded cheese, 3 to 4 oz of steak, your sliced veggies and a little bit more cheese on the top to help everything stick together.

Prep your pan with some cooking spray. Fold your tortilla over all your fillings and place in your pan to cook. Cook on medium until your tortilla has browned and your cheese gets nice and melty. Flip and brown on the other side.

When finished cooking, place your tortilla on a plate to cool, cut into triangles and pack into a container to store with a small container of salsa for dipping for quick lunches to go.
