2 cups mango chunks, frozen or fresh
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
grated fresh ginger root or ground ginger to taste (optional)

  3. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more milk as desired.
  4. For a thicker smoothie, add 3 to 4 ice cubes.
