Peach and Goat Cheese Pizza
Hi, I'm Caroll. When I'm not using my 38 years' experience as a Red Seal Chef running the deli at Mission Park, you will find me spending quality time with my family, especially my two young grandsons. We love trying out new recipes that always include CHEESE!
My favourite cheese to share is Payson Breton Double Cream Brie. Warmed for dipping or on a baguette with spicy fruit jelly. Cheese is always a staple in my bubble.
