Silky Baileys Callebaut Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream
280 g. callebaut chocolate, chopped
½ cup baileys liqueur
Assorted Dipping ingredients/ create your own assortment of FUN!
Fruit slices; strawberries, mango, bananas, grapes, oranges
Biscotti, cookies, graham cracker pieces, lady fingers
Marshmallows
Cake squares; angel food, chocolate, lemon
Method
- In a heavy saucepan, heat the cream until it bubbles, and drop in the chocolate, whisk. The chocolate will start to melt. Incorporate the baileys, stir.
- Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot, or pour it into a warmed ceramic dish and serve immediately. Serve with dippers.
